Christina Hendricks
Christina Hendricks was an American actress who is best known for her role as Joan Holloway. She played the character in seven seasons on AMC's time-travel drama Mad Men from 2007-2015. Her role on Mad Men that garnered Christina Hendricks a total of six Emmy Awards for her performance in the category of Best Supporting Actress. Over the course of her professional career, she gained recognition for her part in the comedy and drama Another Period, a crime thriller dubbed Tin Star. Some of her films include Drive Ginger & Rosa Lost River Neon Demon Strangers - Prey at Night Egg & American Woman. Her voice was used in animated films, such as Toy Story 4, Scoob! and From Up on Poppy Hill. She began her career as was a successful model. In the following years the modeling profession continued up to 1999, when Undressed was her first acting role on TV. In the drama comedy series Beggars and Choosers, her first major role was played. She was then praised for her role in Firefly. Esquire magazine honoured her with the distinction of being the sexiest and the most beautiful American woman in 2010 in their annual poll.
